I was needing a haircut yesterday and I drove to Fantastic Sam's but they were closed. So I reluctantly decided to try Sports Clips for the second time, the first time I walked out and got my hair cut at Fantastic Sams. I walked in and the first thing they said was, "did you make an appointment online?" To which I responded "No." I looked at the waiting timer and it said 78 minutes, it was labor day, so I decided to stay. After what appeared to be 30 minutes, a customer walks in and had his name called within 5 minutes. I thought to myself, this guy was home in his boxers making an appointment while I was driving to your location. Good for him, bad for me, so I walked out a second time. After finding out 2 other locations were closed I remembered that I still had some time on the clock before I was called at Sport Clips. I was finally called back and was lucky enough to get Stacye. She was very professional and I felt confident in her abilities. I got the MVP package and enjoyed conversing with my stylist. After my haircut I grabbed her card and would enjoy having her do my hair again. I am returning in spite of the unfriendly customer practices at Sport Clips because behind the scenes there are good people that want to do a great job! The 3 star review is a reflection of your business practices not Stayce's 5 star performance. " A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush!" Thank you Stacye.

First time visit. Long wait list (2 hours displayed on the screen) which I don’t understand because the prices for a men’s cut are outrageous at $21 each. For the privilege of watching TV I guess? I previously went to a full salon for less than that. Most barber style competitors are at about $14.

Amber did an AMAZING job! Very professional. I would recommend her to everybody. I will be back to see her again.
