This is the second time I have had an issue with the check in process. I use the online check in, arrive at the store on time and check in at the front desk only to be bypassed. I confronted the worker about it and she just asked that I wait a bit longer. The whole point of checking in is to avoid the wait! I checked in 2.5 hours in advance because that was the wait time. I then arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time and STILL was skipped. Following my haircut I needed to purchase more hair product (same product I always get from them) but they were out of stock. She recommended another product and said its pretty much the same thing, it just has a matte finish. I was totally fine with that, until I used the product. It behaves completely different and is not usable. So I waisted $20 on the product and still have to go back out to by $20 more of the correct product. Bad customer service. I tried to contact customer service to file a complaint and ask for a refund, but they are experiencing "technical difficulties" and could not take any calls. $50 is a lot to pay for a haircut so I'd expect a much better experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! You can never tell if open or not. Sometimes there are signs on door and sometimes not.Today supposed to open at 9, I came 40 minutes early trying to get in first but they aren?t open even though it shows open online. No sign on door. A couple months ago I checked in online only to arrive and have the store closed even though I had a text showing I was up next. I Emailed about this situation but they never responded. I understand if short staffed but show closed online, update hours, do something to let customers know. This is ridiculous!
